Well, it's been years since I made this account, and honestly, I was so horrified by my stories on here that I deleted them as fast as I could. XD Which is why I am currently story-less. I may end up writing a fan-fic, but, truth be told, I'm more of an original fiction author. Or a "fandom/crossover with my original fiction" author. Either one is accurate.

However, that will not stop me from tracking down other people'ss stories and adding them to my favorites, which you may want to check every now and then... or not.

I want to apologize to everyone who read my former stories. They were full of Mary Sue-ness, written horribly, and some of them were a little upsetting. Sorry.

So, as for normal stuff, my name is Mel, and I live in Maine, USA. I am author of a currently unpublished book, Reflections, a story where "living vampires" live in a world not that different from our own, struggling to survive the cruelty and racism of the humans. One "living vampire" in particular, Mavron Brisque, seems to be a victim of both worlds, the Vampires, and the humans. Regardless, he still tries to live as normal a life as possible, to keep the balance between human and monster, that is, until his wife dies. Having no memory of the event, only the words of his grief-stricken friends and brother, he leaves that life behind, believing himself a murderer. But is he?

Heh. That was fun. If you wanted to compare the vampires to vampires in other books, however, they are like a mish-mash of Laurell K. Hamilton's, Stephanie Meyer's, John Carpenter's, Underworld's, and my own personal inventions. At least, that would be how a reader would catagorize them. I was heavily inspired by other vampire media in gaining my perception of vampires, on this I will not lie. Don't we all?

Hmm... I wonder... would you call it fanfiction if it was about my own (practically nonexistant) fandom?
