![]() Author has written 25 stories for Harry Potter, Criminal Minds, Holes, Bleach, Ouran High School Host Club, School of Rock, and Naruto. A couple of notes about me: Gender: Female Age: Not telling Hair: Blonde Eye colour: Blue Nationality: Half English, Half Irish with a touch of French Current occupation: Student Current social life: Nil Ooh, it’s been so long since I updated. And even then it was kinda shove all the quotes on there and leave. XD. That’s me all over I think. Now, onto some very important business. Me! Or rather my likes and dislikes and what not. Okay... I like to watch – Gakuen Heaven, Harry Potter, Criminal Minds, Doctor Who (I’m British...) and therefore Torchwood, Okay back onto official business. Beta - I am now beta-ing for two people, but will still take a look at what you are doing, if you want, before agreeing anything. I really do enjoy beta-ing just rarely have the time to sit down except once a week or so. So, there you go. I intend to hunt down a beta for myself, because I am seriously running out of time and room, to do it all myself. I am beta-ing for girloffire who is currently learning the virtues of spelling and grammar. And I am also beta-ing for another author Ky'atia so I like doing beta-ing. I do like it, and I will do it for anyone who cares to ask. Let's see what else do you need to know in this section? Umm... my beta profile tells you more about me and how I work in case you're feeling the urge to send something over. I work in amny categories and do tend to havea shot at anything, and because I have plenty of time on my hands during the times between essays, I spend it watching anime and reading manga. Therefore I can quite normally adapt to a new fandom quite easily. Co-authoring – For those of you out there, I am doing a co-author thing. Am currently in the middle of one, just in the middle of working out the kinks. So be prepared. The madness will double. It will be Torchwood though. So you, just so you can prepared as to what to accept. On to another note, more about my stories... My Own Work: Let’s see. Ah, Yes. The Bleach Universe... Start with... Colours of the Damned - These are basic reflections on the characters and what I think are the colours that reflect them best. Expansion is about how exactly they fit. I think these are the first of their kind on this kind of note, though there are many reflective pieces out there. I do intend to carry on with these and I hope you like them. I do. They’re a chance to build background on some of them, or change what I think needs to be changed. Most follow the same lines, only Pink follows a different route. And without further ado... Colours of the Damned: The Colour Pink: The colour Pink. Who can be a colour of such magnitude? Of such spontaneity? One small person... Yachiru’s Pink is one we could all spot a mile away, I know. I did try to make Pink fit another but my muse was determined it would be her. Shunsui, which I know at least one of you was gunning for, will be in this series as another colour. Muse commands it, I just write it. By the way, this is a very unique one by the way I wrote it, it just seemed to fit. Though it’s probably the only one I’m going to do that way ever. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Navy: Navy. Understated and yet so expressive...Someone is just like that...Who? A bit undercooked and I’m not entirely happy with it. Still, I’ll come back to it and re do it when I get the chance later. I do think though, that this colour does fit Hisagi very well. Meh. Whatever. Next. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Grey: The colour Grey is defiantly a colour. It’s one that’s always there, whether we like it or not. So is Hanatarou. Some call him weak, some call him pitiful. But like it or not, he’s here to stay. Nice, simple, quite placid piece. Probably another one I’ll take down and expand. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Orange: Orange. Who give a dying duck about it? One man does. Who? I hear you ask? Read on to find out. Not a bad one, though I think it could have used a lot more swearing personally. Unfortunately, for those of you who agree with me, I didn’t need kicking off of the site and therefore refrained from putting it in. Go me. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Red: Silver is such a colour of oddity. It is strange and confusing and not everyone’s first choice. But one person fits the bill just right... First one in the series, which I quite like. I think it’s done with this one. I would defiantly like to just have a shuffle with this piece though, just to see what’s going on in there. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Purple: Purple. A colour of many contradictions. But who can be the colour with a thousand meanings? Second in the Colours of the Damned Series. Not much to say on this one. Would like to have a another shot at it, with another character but I think that Unohana has fulfilled that target in the end. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Gold: Gold. So different and bold and just THERE. But who can be a colour with so many sides and differences and complex internal explanations? One person only. One I really like, and I don’t think I’ll be ever taking down. I really like this one. I really do. Not much really to say on it though. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Colour Silver First in the Colours of the Damned: First up is Red. The colour of passion and anger and rage and blood. Who bearth this burden...? A very boring one, but one I intend to work on. Perhaps to develop it a little further; delve into Nemmie’s past a little. -SPACE- Colours of Damned; The Colour Brown: Brown. Such a boring colour to anyone under the age of sixty. Someone fits it. Just perfectly.Who is this person? Who do you think? Pretty boring, very simple. May need to expand this one. Not much more to say really. Oh well. -SPACE- Colours of the Damned: The Absence of Colour Absence of Colour. It’s not a real colour but you cannot have one without the other. This man happens to be just such an absence... This was an experiment and a lot of it is more tangent than I would have liked. I wonder whether I should have just left it. Tousen was always intended to be the Absence of Colour though. I just thought it fitted much better that way. Updates on Colours of the Damned: I plan on doing several more of these, Zaraki, Mayuri, Ukitake, Shunsiu and Yama-jii, with a possible Gin, Aizen, Ichigo/Kaenien and The rest of Shibas. Of course by that time, I’ll have to have invented about a hundred more colours but hey, we’ll see how it goes...XD. Now, for the rest of my stories: ~~~~In the World of Ouran High school Host Club ~~~~ Family Club: Basically just me exploring why the characters are labelled as such. I plan on the following: Kyouya as Mother Tamaki as Father Mori as Big Brother Honey as Little Brother (read: The baby of the family) Hikaru and Karou as The Middle Brothers And Haruhi as the Hard Done By Daughter. I plan to work on these as much as I can, but to be fair I’m not a demon writer any more. For shame I know, but I can’t do it all. Education has to have a priority. Much to my disgust. Red Light Host Club: My porn shop basically. Heh. Not exactly what most people would expect but I like it. It give me a chance to have hot boys do what I want. And come on, don’t tell me you don’t think Mori in chains is hot. I mean, it’s obvious Mori spends time at home swanning around in them. It’s obvious...to me at least. The Host Drabbles: Originally intended for a gift for a friend at Christmas, I am now intending to carry these on further. I think I make it a round ten before I hang up the towel on these. So wish me luck... I think that’s it for Ouran at the moment. ~~~For Holes~~~~ Just Expect the Unexpected: The boys of Dtent are about to meet a new mystery. And how does he fit in with the Warden, Zero, Kissin' Kate and the loot buried in the lake? He's the only one who can aswer the questions. Though whether he wants to is another matter entirely... This is like Mary-Sue 101. Just...I don’t know what to do with this one I just don’t. Half of me wants to carry on with it, the other can’t cannot be bothered. So, at the moment it’s on a HIATUS. Sorry guys but you know the drill. And who knows... I may get a deluge of inspiration from my on-off muse who seems hell bent on dropping plot Bunnies on my head a baker’s dozen at a time after going weeks without so much as a postcard. Humph. Lovely lady she is but like me crappy when it comes to deadlines... ~~~In the Harry Potter Universe~~~~ Harry Potter Poetry Collection in Brief: A small collection of poems dedicated to the various situations our beloved Harry Potter seems to get himself into. Commerating the release of the Seventh Harry Potter Book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Basically what it says in the title. I intend to upload another when I can find the ruddy thing. I know I have it somewhere, though where I really couldn’t tell you. Sorry about the Sht formatting on it, it didn’t up load right and I couldn’t be bothered to deal with it at the time. So, you know. Maybe later. I try to be: A basic reflection, very simple. Not really that much to say on it other than it’s a poem. One of my firsts unless I am very much mistaken. On the Inside I die; A minor embarrassment to my writing collection. Like many author’s I’m going to leave my oldest works up here, but I may later transfer them to another penname. This is quite possibly one I may ‘accidentally’ lose in the move. The End of the End: And this is another one I’d like to loose. Pretty quick sharp. But you know. Whatever. I wouldn’t mind combining some of these. The Musings of Petunia Dursley: Petunia Dursley has always remembered her sister as a freak. But what does she really think when you look behind the spiteful face and attitude? Does Petunia Dursley have a heart? Does exactly what it says on the tin. Too Little, Too Later Harry has finished his sixth year. Sirius is alive and cleared and the pair live with Remus Lupin in a sweet cottage. Harry is missing and he has left a few cold reminders to several people. Again, does exactly as described. If you can’t figure it out take a look at the fic instead. Another one I’d like to revise but I think this one, if only because I wrote, has potential. Power: Three thousand years ago a prophecy was forged, one which would cause three children to receive the fate of the world on their shoulders. Will the three child heroes carry the burden to victory or to a bitter, cruel defeat? Meh. My first multi-chaptered fic. A long story behind this one, and it’s one of the first I will get around to sorting out. I have an ideology written but I’ll be damned if I get even a draft for the first chapter up and running before Sunday the 20th of Avril. So I wouldn’t hold your breath folks, for sure. Now, over here in the Criminal Minds world: Geniuses Are Human: A genius who is revered for their knowledge and loathed for their 'abnormalities'. Spencer Reid is such a man. With three PhDs under his belt, he is an outcast. A new member of the team is going to change that... It’s happening. Very very slowly but give a girl some credit. I have more work to do then I can bear to look at, and even at this very moment I am propping my feet on a stack of books I was meant to read a month ago. So please. Hold your horses and it will be there soon. Just...be patient. I really do need time, like a couple of years just to do what I want with these. If by this point you are still reading you are braver than I. So, you know. Read on if you want or click that handy ‘hide bio’ button. I would. Okay, for a little more about what I plan to do in the future in this very nice section: COMING SOON (In no particular order) ~~~~Colours of the Damned~~~~ Zaraki, Mayuri, Ukitake, Shunsui and Yama-jii, with a possible Gin, Aizen, Tousen, and Urahara. The Colours I have lined up, again in no particular order are Black White Cream Green Cyan And Violet Rainbow And of course I’ll have to invent some more. ~~~~Drabbles~~~~ Basically idea theft from Peroxidepest, but not using the same prompts nor pairings. I have over five hundred prompts so I think I’ll be getting on with them soon. Some hints include the following: Honour Desk Mercy Follower Prefect Student Teacher Imprisoned Dance Love Death Hate Why? If I were dead If I were you If you were me If we were each other ~~~~Family Club~~~~ Basically just me exploring why the characters are labelled as such. I plan on the following: Kyouya as Mother (which as you know is already done) Tamaki as Father Mori as Big Brother Honey as Little Brother (read: The baby of the family) Hikaru and Karou as The Middle Brothers And Haruhi as the Hard Done By Daughter. I plan to work on these as much as I can, but to be fair I’m not a demon writer any more. For shame I know, but I can’t do it all. Education has to have a priority. Much to my disgust. ~~~~More Harry Potter Poetry~~~~ Since I am no longer a teenager and therefore no longer the excuse of "I'm allowed to tell the world of my angst through my speech" I shall change my subscription to "I am an adult and will therefore tell the world of my suffering thorugh loud phone conversations and my general writing." (Go me) and shall therefore use this place as an outlet for it. Heh. Starting running now, is my advice. I think that's it for now. I think you get the picture now, no? I also intend to produce a longer story but as to when, who knows. And I think that’s it for the ‘COMING SOON’ section. Let’s see what else is up next...? Oh yes... Recommended reads: Since as you can tell from my favourites list, I do one hell of a lot of reading. I wouldn't recommend any stories at the moment apart from The Dance by Ky'tia And Ichigo's Choice by girloffire. TO DO LIST FOR THE PROFILE Recommended Reads What I like to watch What I like to read What I am playing at the moment Names of friends on ff.net Reviews: On a more positive note on the topic of reviews. I have some thanks for you all and you should find all review replies on the bottom of most of my stories. I will try to get them done, it's just slightly more time consuming to reply to each and every one of them. But, I must add you, are all very much appreciated. I read each and every one of them, and often squee! over how many people have reviewed. I read them all. Everyone I get. Right down the the one liners and the anonymous ones. It's just a lot harder to reply to them all when you're on a deadline. I appreciate each and everyone of my reviews as I have already told you. They are my special-things and it's so nice to come home from a shitty day at uni and then work, to shove some Holst on and then log on to see a whole page of reviews all ready and waiting for me. I swear I nearly cried the last time, it was so nice. However. Threats do not get you anywhere with me. I need money. Money pays for my computer and my internet. Without those you get no updates at all. Which to many I would think would be quite bad. So, please don't threaten me. Beg by all means, I'll read and maybe talk back but please don't threaten me. "UPDATE NOW!" will get you nowt with me. Savvy? Deadlines: I have given up on the idea of giving deadlines. I can't keep to them and my muse doesn't either. Inspiration comes and it goes and I unfortunately can't do the "I will sit down now at random and spurge a whole new story from start to finish in one go." Sorry. I can't do that. Much to my disappointment. At the moment I am currently having issues with getting things in on time at uni and this is not good news. My education must come firs though I really don't want it to. I appreciate the thoughts and the fact that people have the courage to review and to tell me that they like it or hate it or just want something more from it but I cannot do it all. It is as simple as that. I cannot be everywhere at once. I have tried. It doesn't work with me. Okay? Now as I am sure you can tell, I am slightly, if not very crazy. I hold my hand up to it and welcome it. I would like to make it clear however, that in no way affects on my work or the lack of it. I am also lazy as well. Oops. So sue me. (actually don't. I has no money). Now, for some more about lil ol' me. I has much to tell you. Or since I can't be bothered, just fuck off yeah? |
