(I've never been particularly good at writing profiles... sigh)

So here I am, a wanderer in a wandering world, looking for that little bit of cyberspace to call my own. Hopefully this can be it for the time being.

I am fascinated by anime, artwork, poetry, Harry Potter, Constantine, World of Warcraft, my incredible better half Jeff, writing until the sun comes up, my several tanks of carnivorous fish, Fight Club, and the ever-changing nature of things that you leave in the fridge too long.

I am scarred, pierced, tattooed, free-thinking, neither right nor left wing, opinionated to a fault, and generally considered to be a strange if not somewhat likeable person. Then again,I suppose all writers are strange if not somewhat likeable people.

I take my inspiration from the works of Chuck Palahniuk, first and foremost, as well as Jonathan Safran Foer, Clive Barker, Edgar Allan Poe, Stephen King, and Terry Goodkind. While I don't like to think I emulate any particular author, I feel that from time to time it's rather easy to spot elements of someone's style in my own writing. I guess it's the eccentric nature of how I go about using it that manages to keep it my own.
