After the death of his father, Hawkeye moves across the country to live with BJ in sunny California, hoping to find healing and comfort with his old friend. It seems like civilian life has changed him more than the war.

Hawkeye and Trapper stumble across a crate of eggs, and, the hopes of a break from powdered eggs, decide to hatch the chicks. However, their venture turns tragic in a twist that stays with Hawkeye for years later, only to resurface when he least expects it. (First 2 chapters are pure fluff, then, in true MASH fashion, it turns darker. Spoilers for the finale in Chapter 4.)

Picks up after Fonzie Loves Pinkie and takes a few twists away from the show plot. Fluff. Doesn't have to be slash, but definitely blurs the lines. M rating because Fonzie got into mischief, as expected...
