The Bloody Brilliant! Awards program was founded this year. It was founded on the dream of two obsessive fans of Harry Potter fan fiction (as if the rest of them aren't obsessive). A dream of an awards program that could honor writers of all fandoms, all SHIPs, all genres, and fics that could be enjoyed by all.
