Clara had just begun to get used to the colder version of the Doctor when he begins to come to to her room at night and she finds the callous Doctor of the day becomes a passionate one at night. Clara finds out that having the Doctor as a friend with benefits isnt as great as she thought it would be.

It shouldn't have happened. It was wrong, it was impossible, he thought bitterly. It scared the absolute hell out of him, but he wanted it more than anything.

Clara stood frozen, reeling from too many emotions to even name. All she could do was stare. "Doctor?" She approached him slowly, carefully. "What's happened to you?" She swallowed against the grief that threatened to cloud her voice. "Why are you acting like this?"
