When Enjolras injures his hand on a sword that's recently added to the revolutionaries weapon stock, Grantaire takes it upon himself to make sure his Apollo gets all patched up. "'Enjolras, just let me see it,' Grantaire demanded, taking Enjolras's hand in his. He winced a little at all the blood before cracking a joke, unable to help himself. 'Who knew marble could bleed'"

A very short little fluff piece between Enjolras and Grantaire. When Enjolras's French history lesson puts all the amis to sleep in the ABC Cafe, it's up to Grantaire to convince the revolutionary leader to get some sleep himself. After all, even the great Apollo needs some rest every once in a while.

They were ready to die, but Paris wasn't ready to let them all go. Grantaire drags a grievously wounded Enjolras from the barricade and struggles to keep him alive as Enjolras slides between the living and the dead.
