My pen-name is Espoir Noir, and I'm twenty years old. I live in Australia with my family and spend my free time reading and writing. Of course, my favourite book is Harry Potter and if I had to choose one it would probably be Half-Blood Prince (although Order of the Phoenix comes a close second). I also love Lord of the Rings, and at the moment I'm also reading lots of classics.

My current favourite pairing is Neville/Hannah, both to read and to write. I enjoy the challenge writing canon can sometimes be, but if something is written well, I don't care what pairing it is.

My favourite characters are Neville, Luna, Percy, Sirius and Remus. I love the stories behind the stories, so I tend to avoid the trio (or the quartet, if you like).
