If memory serves, I wrote my first fanfic on the back of a homework assignment while waiting for class to start in the 5th grade. It was horrible, involved Pokemon, and since then I would write whenever I got bored in class. I've been out of school for a while now, but soon I'll (hopefully) start up college.
