So, this is the life of Molly Hooper. Humble laboratory assistant, lonely cat owner, friend, partner-in-crime, companion, sometimes lover...just an ordinary woman who always mattered.

Moriarty's back and, with his return, comes danger to those closest to Sherlock Holmes. This time, that includes Molly Hooper. Sherlock proposes allowing Mycroft to secret Molly away until the danger has passed. Molly, however, has a better plan. This ends up as the catalyst which permanently changes the relationship between Molly and Sherlock. But is this a change for the better?

Inspired by the Abominable Bride special and based on some of its imagery and moments but instead a fully-immersive, historically accurate, Victorian England AU with loads more Molly. Here is how I envision an origin story for Hooper and Holmes as an alternative to the TAB. Murder, mystery, romance, and as always, explicit smut. I have a particular set of skills ... be warned!

Molly's ex-fiancé Tom Abbot is tying the knot to the beautiful woman Polly Pedretti. She doesn't have a problem with this, but everyone assumes she's not over Tom. To prove she is, she tells about her boyfriend Ian, who unfortunately doesn't exist, but wanting to keep up the deception she hires an 'escort' to accompany her to the wedding in Rome. Only it doesn't go as planned.

Sherlock thinks dating should be simple enough, Molly proves him wrong. Challenge fic where Sherlock decides he wants to try having a girlfriend. Molly is the logical choice. But she rejects him. He has to win her. Now COMPLETE. Contains lots of Sherlock missing the point and being more than a bit not good.

Molly receives a menacing package ostensibly from Moriarty, threatening to make Sherlock come undone; Sherlock is in therapy dealing the emotional fallout; Post 4x3 & "the phone call." Angsty, psychological examination of Sherlock's life and fears of sexual intimacy.

When Molly gets an unusual and disturbing phone call from Sherlock one afternoon, she feels something is greatly amiss and opts to investigate for herself. Series 4 spoilers, Post-TFP/Phone Call scene, Molly's perspective.

Molly Hooper finds herself unnerved by the intense, piercing green eyes that seem to follow her around her grandfather's cocktail party. Everywhere she tries to make an escape, she is thwarted by the owner of those green eyes. It would seem Sherlock Holmes either is not aware of the effect that he has on her, or he simply does not care.

After months of correspondence, Molly travels around the world to marry her soulmate. However, upon arriving in British Columbia, her intended looks and acts nothing like the person in her letters. Deathly ill and vulnerable, Molly accepts help from the city's lone Investigative Specialist for hire, Sherlock Holmes. Has she jumped from the flames to the fire? Historical Sherlolly.

Based on a prompt from Lilsherlockian1975 a quick two parter in which Sherlock sneaks Molly into the male only Diogenes Club. Once there things start to get a little out of hand. Rated M for lots of smutty goodness.

Sherlock and Molly enter into a marriage of convenience. Both of them will have a built in friend and companion with none of the distractions that come along with a romantic entanglement. It's not what most people would do, but it meets their needs. That is until one of them learns the other has ulterior motives. The purported marriage of equals is anything but.

A terrified Molly Hooper has turned to Sherlock Holmes in light of Moriarty's return. (This is set way after HLV, moriarty thing is solved.) Molly Hooper has done everything in her power to help Sherlock Holmes even if it puts herself in danger. So now it is his turn to return the favor. "If you really wanna repay that favor you can accompany to my ex-fiance's wedding to my best friend." She jokes quietly and snorts. "Alright," He responds calmly. "Wait, WHAT?"

When the site of an illegal ring of omega sex traders is raided, several Omegas are freed. But one of them is not like the rest. Molly Hooper, found chained and beaten, has a fighting spark. Sherlock notices, and he wants to know why. The only problem is, the leader of the ring saw the spark as well, and he is just as interested. Who is more possessive? A/B/O dynamics

Sherlock is called to investigate a string of murders on Mackinac Island, in the United States. Needing a cover story for being at such a romantic tourist getaway, he makes his way through his possible companions and concludes his only choice is Molly Hooper. Hijinks ensue.

Two years after the fall, Sherlock has come home to a new complication in his well-ordered existence - the shy pathologist he once trusted with his life. Can he now trust her with his heart, or is she simply a problem that needs solving? In the meantime, a rash of seemingly unrelated murders has followed him home. Who is behind them and why? When a recently returned-from-the-dead Sherlock goes to the roof of St. Bart's to confront his ghosts, he doesn't expect to do so literally. But the angry spirit of Jim Moriarty has plans of his own…especially when it comes to a certain Pathologist. Eventual Sherlolly.

Molly and Sherlock go undercover as a married couple, to bring down Set Carter, a leading drugs lord with a secret society that could be the key to his downfall. The pair, along with John and Mary, are tested physically, morally and emotionally. Will they all realise what it means to be the people they are with the careers they have? Will romance blossom?

Miss Hooper is forced to marry the seemingly cold Mr Holmes, however she is entirely wrong about his character. Learning quite a lesson from the man himself.

It's John and Mary's wedding. Everyone has booked rooms in Hotels and rented flats where they can in the beautiful city of Bruges. But not everything is going so beautifully for Molly. She and Sherlock...well it would seem that they aren't who people and each other think they are...
