 Author has written 9 stories for Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, StarTrek: The Original Series, Silmarillion, and Torchwood. HI all, HUGE apologies for my being inactive for so long! I'm sadly in that most lovely of places, the unemployment zone, so I'm busy filling in applications etc. My writing has definitely taken a back seat for a while, but I am still writing up plunnies and I may well still rewrite some of my already posted works, looking back on them they just don't seem that brilliant to me now I'm older. Thank you to those of you that have still been reading/commenting on my work, the new stuff is dedicated to you! I am an adult from England. I enjoy sports, art , reading and writing. As you can see from my name I am a complete LOTR freak!(or Ringer) Elrond is my favourite character, with Elrond/Gil-Galad and Elrond/Celebrian being my fave pairings. Shock horror! I know, not everyone condones slash, but as long as it is tastefully written, I dont have a problem with it (a little bit of smut can make any bad day feel good ;P). MPreg? No thanks, something about that just makes me feel all squicky... I am also a HUGE Whovian- I adore all things Doctor Who (and Torchwood). Well, all except Matt Smith's series. Can't STAND 11th Doctor or his episodes. Yay for Peter Capaldi! He's brought DW back to the good stuff. :) As of about October 2009, I have also become a Trekkie! I found TNG on Virgin1 and haven't looked back since! I love Enterprise, TNG and TOS. I am currently watching TOS on Youtube. Fave characters (in no particular order): Porthos, Doctor Phlox, Jonathan Archer, Jean-Luc Picard, Beverley Crusher, Guinan, Q, William T Riker, Data, Lwxana Troi, Spock, Leonard McCoy, Sarek, Ambassador Soval. I have written one complete LOTR fic, and am in the process of writing another. There is also a rather rubbishy LOTR poem, which may/may not be posted on here, and my first ever Doctor Who/Torchwood fic, which is also a work in progress. I get loads of plunnies, but i'm not that great at getting them to stay coherent on paper, but there may be a TNG fic in the pipeline at some point... I am currently CLOSED to any beta reading that needs to be done.
