You might remember us from such fics as "Why Mikos Have Seishi," and "A Startling Conclusion." ^^;; Ryuen: Or, you may remember us from such fics as "Risen" and "Another Story"...but, that's only if you've got an attention span that stretches beyond four paragraphs. Mouse-chan: Shut up. Ryuen: Sh...shut up? *lip wavers* Mouse-chan: Errrr...gomen. Ryuen: ... Mouse-chan: ANYWAYYYY...say something about Story Story Story! Ryuen: You do realize that that's NOT the official title. Mouse-chan: :P Ryuen: Fiiiiiiiiiiiiine. Anyway, ah...Story Story Story, also known as "Written In the Stars," is actually our second fic collaboration, the first being the Houki Is A *insert spoiler word here* Fic, which is still in the works, but has wisely been put on hold. *nod* Mouse-chan: *nod* What she said. Ryuen: Anyway, "Written In the Stars" may look like a reincarnation fic, and it may sound like a reincarnation fic, but it's notttttttttt a reincarnation fic. And, here to tell you Lots Of Other Cool Stuff about the fic and just why that's so, is Mouuuuuuse-chan. *gestures* Mouse-chan: Eheh...right. See, we were thinking one day, and began wondering what would happen if the respective worlds of Miaka and the Seishi were reversed. (Miaka and the Seishi. Heehee, that sounds like a 60s singing group...uh, well, anyway.) So, that is the premise of 'Written in the Stars.' ^_^ Therefore, all the Seishi are living in our world, but they have no memories of past lives, because...well...they don't...have past lives. Ryuen: ...which is insanely difficult to remember, when one is very accustomed to dealing with Past Memories Stuff as a major plot device. ^^;; However, against all odds, we have endured,and now present this lovely fic to the fanfiction.net community, our first formal offering as a team. And, there is, as we well know, no I in team...but, backwards, it spells "maet," which looks a LOT like "meat." And now, for more on meat and the cleavers used to slice it, here's Mouse-chan again. Mouse-chan: I don't eat meat. Ryuen: You can cleave meat without eating it, sillllllllly. Mouse-chan: ^^;; There are no meat cleavers in the story. Well, not yet, anyway. Ummm...anyway. It's gonna be reeeeally long, but we're planning on posting it as we write it. So. Um, yeah. Short story is, it's a team effort, so we decided to create a Team Pen Name (which is ooohhh, so original, but whatever ^_~ ). Ryuen: Right.
