The diversity, and quality of some of the FF writing blows me away. Then there's others that just make me cringe. Slash is a pet peeve not because I'm homophobic, but because I just can't see Harry going to it with Ron or Draco. Now if you include Harry turning Ron out or Draco cuddling Daddy Hagrid I would probably keep reading. Harry and Snape or Dumbles? You make me wanna puke!
