Any of you guys fans of bands like Linkin Park, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Godsmack, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, Metallica, AC/DC, Shinedown, or Three Days Grace?

On Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at about 8:05p.m., the only radio station in Atlanta that played songs from all these bands went off the air to be replaced by "power pop." Project 9-6-1 became PowerATL, the fourth Top 40 station in Atlanta. Loyal Project fans are outraged over the sudden format change.

We need your help to show Clear Channel Communications that they've made a huge mistake in taking our beloved Project off the air. Clear Channel has done this before in other cities. If it has happened here, it could happen in your hometown. Help us give Clear Channel something to think about before they destroy any more rock stations!
