Scout can't believe it, his ma is dead. However, being surrounded by a team of hardened mercenaries, he has no time to mourn and has three days to get to her funeral before her body is buried. When he arrives at the funeral, though, he notices something is amiss, and ends up getting more than he bargained for.

Ash is now a Pokemon Master. Because of this he has officially stopped going on the road and decided to permanently remain in Pallet Town and create his own gym.
