Sales was good, Service AWFUL!!! first week of having my Mini the tension chain was loose they didn't notice it, thank god I had the foresight to get two year ext warranty!!! drove it to the Mini dealer the sound alone told them what was wrong!!! Two weeks later the engine light kept coming on, CM had no idea, finally got fed up and took it back to Mini myself, they did total computer upgrade. Fixed it no problem!!! Have had this car for six months and the engine light is on yet again and now the fuel injectors are the problem, I have called the CM service dept every day, three times a day for a week waiting for a call back to make an appt. Hmmm still waiting... think I'll just drive there and just make a face to face appt and leave my car there until they fix it!!! Also found out a month after buying this car I needed new brakes, pad and rotors!!!! REALLY!!!!! Thank God I have another car from a reputable dealer!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
