Author has written 6 stories for Hetalia - Axis Powers.

Greetings! I am Dork Overload and I feel really silly because I've been lurking on Fanfic.net for years and I just now decided that hey, why not post something? I want to write as a career, so why not stretch and sharpen my claws on some fanfiction? How often I post will probably depend on inspiration and when I'm not being eaten by classwork. And internet, I suppose, because where I live (a place called The Middle of Nowhere), the internet is absolute crap. I am also learning editing skills, so if anyone wants me to Beta for them, ask me directly and I will sign up, or do whatever it is you do here to become a Beta.

So now I suppose I shal regale you with the tale of how I came across my name. I was visiting my extended family for some holiday or another and they were all rather tipsy and coming up with nicknames for each other. When it came to my turn, they were quite stumped and I helpfully supplied that some of my friends called me an Evil Dark Overlord. As loud and rowdy as it was, my relatives misheard me, and thus I was dubbed "Dork Overload".

Some Random Facts About Me:

1. I am a fangirl. No, I am not rabid. But I do squee and get excited over fangirly stuff.

2. I like yaoi. Maybe I'll write some. I suppose this goes in tandem with being a fangirl.

3. I ship. Like Fed-Ex. I ship so much and so often I taught my friends who don't read fanfiction all the shipping terms I know so that they can understand me when I have a shipping fangasm.

4. I think Hetalia is the best thing since sliced bread. It has forever changed the way I look at history, flags, and countries. I enjoy history to begin with, but now when someone mentions the Suez, Holy Roman Empire, or Prussia in a history class, I have to work very hard to keep a straight face. It's wonderful! Oh, and I don't say 'pasta' the normal way anymore.

5. I was a fan of Geroge R. R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire Series (a.k.a. A Game of Thrones) before it was popular. I am very proud of this fact.

6. I love bad puns and clever riddles. They make me giggle. Symbolism is also pretty cool, says the literary scholar in the corner of my brain.

7. Little Kuriboh = WIN. When my day is craptastic, he never fails to make me smile.

Favorite Poem:

"At ten in the morning in the middle of the night

Two dead boys got up to fight

Back to back they faced each other

Drew their swords and shot each other.

A deaf man heard all the noise

Went and killed the two dead boys.

If you don't believe my story is true

Ask the blind man--he saw it too."

UPDATE: I would like to thank the people who comment and favorite my fics. I'm sorry that I don't reply to your comments individually, but classwork tries to eat me and I don't have a lot of free time. Because I am a workaholic. But know that I love and appreciate your comments!
