I am a strange gal! I'd like to think I'm quirky, but I think I just come across as weird most of the time. I'm an awful anime/manga nut (otaku, I believe, doesn't even begin to cover it) and I live way in the North-East of da US of A. Nice place, really...but not much of a nexus for anime stuff. So here I am, online--my lifeline, out here in the sticks. I'm a rather quiet sort (when not on a sugar high), so I'm not very gregarious. I read fics whenever I can.

I adore a huge number of different series, some daily and some in passing; I'm not going to make a whole list here because A) it'd take too long, and B) there's so many I tend to forget some. Heh...um...suffice to say, I like a whole lot of anime and manga (and then some 'Toons and movies and TV shows). I always seem to fall into new ones left and right. (glares at the Evil Influences--and you know who you are)

I read quite a bit. In fact, I read darn near anything of interest I can get my hands on, and that includes manga, fanfics, novels, etc etc ad infinitum. I try to keep my standards up to a certain level of quality, and fics adept at weaving plots that are new, interesting, unique, or well-thought-out are well received by me (regardless of the ship). Concerning writing, I'm either going to do something nobody's ever done before or (if it has been done b4) I'll do it in a way no one else has ever tried. At least I hope...
