Today, advanced technology in gaming obviously rendered obsolete the quality of those popular games in the 80s but still command the loyalty of online racers. Online race games today are heavily realistic both in graphics and audio aspects. Players would really get the "feel" of being behind the wheels of their favorite cars. It is not uncommon to hear gamers spend most of their time in front of the games. The arrival of the Internet further spread the popularity of this genre.
