This started out as a way to bring the Titalfall 2 storyline to its proper conclusion but I have since decided to continue the Militia's struggle against the IMC and added several more chapters - more to come. Ask yourself, what price are you willing to pay for victory? Death is only the beginning.

The Dark Star has returned, but for some odd reason, it lost its powers! Restrained from its hunger for destruction, and the revelation that it is not so emotionless after all, the Dark Star is given a chance for change. But will it even consider having second chances? Soundwave's minicons attempt to find their master who, unbeknownst to them, is trapped in the Shadowzone.

"Zarya, it is my understanding that you hold no fondness for Omnics. I find myself wondering, however, if you hold a particular grudge against me. Have I offended you in some way?" Zarya snorted. "You're not special, not even for an Omnic. I hate every other robot just as much as I hate you." "That's a lot of hate to carry around." "Don't fucking lecture me, bolthead."

Soundwave has been released from the Shadowzone by the Autobots long after the war had finally ended, and peace was returned to Cybertron. In exchange for not being imprisoned elsewhere, he agrees to help out Arcee in finding any who threaten to disrupt the planet's new-found, fragile tranquility. And in their efforts to work together, something more is discovered in the process...

The Dark Star, roaming the empty streets of Toad Town in a snowstorm, feels unwanted and hated. It may be true, but he couldn't help but be affected greatly by it. One holiday may change his thoughts, though. There are people who don't fear him after all, and they don't mind being his... friend. (Universe: Into the Darkness)
