It seems that out of the game, the kids and trolls have more troubles than they did in-game. The government is out to kill them and everyone wants their powers. They almost wish they would've never left Sburb.

In an alternate timeline, the game isn't quite over yet. The kids and trolls have teamed up to take on their denizen, Bec Noir. But after an encounter with him before the final gate, all but three are killed. Now those three survivors, Rose, Dave, and Vriska, must regroup and figure out a plan do defeat Bec by themselves.
