-OCs (unless they're all like SURPRISE and just show up)(and if they have a non-annoying personality)(but only sometimes)(it really depends on the story)

(insert female anime character here) is a transfer student. Her unique personality makes her super popular in a short amount of time. Will her brightness erase the darkness of (male character)?
