Marinette and Adrien have been friends since school. Things still haven't progressed past friend territory much to Marinette's dismay. However, as Ladybug she's begun to see Cat Noir differently. Could she leave behind her feelings for Adrien to pursue something with Cat Noir instead?

Pissed off at Alya one very early morning, Marinette misdial her best friend's number and ends up telling off an unsuspecting and anonymous Adrien. The pair grows closer through texting as they also reunite years after graduating through work. Marinette has to face her painful past in order to move forward with her heart, but luckily Adrien might be the one able to help her heal.

The accident, while unintentional, was costly. For her wrong doings against Chloe, Marinette is sent over the wall to die. But instead of death, she winds up in a strange, unnerving world. Good thing she'll have a cat to watch her back in this bizarre place.

Alya tries to reconnect with other Akuma victims, and discovers some lingering issues to the whole "supervillain" business. In the meantime, Marinette misplaces Tikki, and Adrien's relationship with his father grows tense.
