Summary:
Tifa has a mental disorder that his been with her since she was sixteen years old. She has been working hard and trying her best to stay healthy, but the memories and her past demons will not leave her alone. She has gone into psychotic episodes three times now, two of which are recorded, one of which was extremely violent and harmful towards another person. She doesn't remember hurting this person, but it is only an example of the danger she can be. Tifa has an even bigger reason now to stay on track with her medication: two orphans that live with her best friend Yuffie, Marlene and Denzel. She wants to get better because of them, now more than ever, but all of the doctors she's worked with don't seem to know what to do with her. Maybe it's the fact that she hasn't told them everything about her -- things that would help, or even totally explain why she is the way she is now. At least, until she gets a new psychiatrist. And let's just say that his way of treating her is completely unconventional.

For who will it prove to be too much to handle? And who will it prove to be life-threatening for in the end?

Summary:
Why did this have to happen now? Just when she thought her life was the best it could ever be. She'd finally gotten full adoption of both of the children she loved more than anything, especially herself. One of them is from a friend of hers while he goes out and tries to find a new energy source. The other . . . well, the other she found while walking through the alleys of the streets. He was getting beat up by two other kids. Luckily she saved him before any other damage could have been done. But now, it's all as if it were for nothing. The fighting for the kids, and she's also finally gotten that teaching job she always wanted. Here is where she met the little girl that would soon be staying with her, because her father wants her to live in a stable home and he didn't think he could give that to her. And now, because of the accident, she's in the hospital, and there's a slim chance of her making it out of there alive. Yes, she is healthy, but the doctors say that her health almost has no factor in her case. She tries so hard to see the good side of things, but what go does it do? It's not making her any better.
Then she met him, and she got just a little dash of hope.

Drastic Times

Summary:
It is hard to believe that these two are best friends seeing as they barely talk to each other. Cloud left their small town years ago because he was bored with it. There was nothing for him there. He would surely find work in the big city, and he did. Cloud ended up opening his own delivery service, which was easier to do in a city that had many connections than a small town that many did not hear about. His best friend Tifa he left behind, but they always kept in touch. That was until about three years ago, but he tried to learn to move on with this life, and that wasn't as hard as he thought it was going to be. Then, just six months before this story takes place, he finally hears from her again, and they talk at least once a week. But even these weekly phone calls are scarce, seeing as they only last five minutes at the most. He wants to spend more time with her, but she's always busy being the journalist that she is. So, he tells her one day that he really needs to talk to her. Luckily, she can make time because she needs to get some things off of her mind too. And in this she shares what she thinks is great news, and it spoils his own. Too bad Tifa is getting herself caught up in something that she soon learns she probably won't be able to get out of.

Now, it's been at least a year after Underground was eliminated, and they both decide that they want a baby. But there are new difficulties to face now, and more decisions to make, they have nothing to do with the planet.

She is a bit upset at him because he doesn't remember, but that's alright. She'll just get everything together herself, because she believes this is something she shouldn't have to tell him. Problem is, the joke's on her, not him.

It was the average night on the town that the friends always took, the two sisters Aerith and Tifa, and to two brothers Zack and Cloud. There was something about this night that screamed it would be different. Maybe it was the fact that Tifa was overly nervous about being around Cloud than she usually was. It didn't help that their evening ended up being a clumsy one, but maybe that was for the better seeing how it turned out.

Tifa doesn't exactly understand why he's so afraid, but she soons learns herself. Of course, if it weren't for the kids, maybe Cloud wouldn't have asked Tifa the most important question of all, and no it is not "Can you please hide me in your closet?"
