Name's Mac and although I don't write, I sure as hell read. And when I read, I review (which is probably the only reason why some people are reading this right now). I pride myself on being a strict reviewer and if I review, it means you're either: a) Someone I respect as a reader b) Someone who hides a nasty bunch of words behind a pretty summary and made me question my sanity as to why I ever clicked on the link in the first place. If you're someone who from a) turned into b), well, all I can say is I'm saddened by the lost of yet another from an already endangered species. As for people who find themselves often having errors in your writing, I suggest you get yourself a Beta reader. If you already have one and yet readers still point out errors in your fic, you'd do yourself good to replace your obviously failing Beta. If you're still reading this even after I've been rather rude, well then obviously you're interested in something although I do not know what. I could go on all day about the flaws of stories I've read, but as I've said earlier, I really am not one for writing so I've only got one thing left to say. Majority of the fics I read belong to categories The Big Bang Theory, Harry Potter, Glee and various categories in the Anime/Manga section. I'm quite versatile with pairings be it bisexual, heterosexual, homosexual or heck, asexual although that doesn't qualify under 'pairing'. Canon or non-canon's fine by me. And with this, to all those who've actually read till the end, Cheers. |
