I've noticed that WHEN I eat less, and I'm more awake to what I eat. I've done away using the sweet and salty snacks we used to rely on with the late evenings. I also refill faster. My stomach doesn't really need to work so hard so that you can digest. Less eating also means fewer calories. My websites: Jordan 13
