Hello, My name is Jessica (Jess for short)

I'm a graduate from Stevenson University, and I'm a registered nurse who has loved the Harvest Moon series since I was in middle school :)

I'm also a sucker for the Harry Potter series! Can't help it. Harry Potter is my childhood--along with Pokemon, but that's another story. Unfortunately, my schooling and profession has trained me to write objectively and with lack of creativity. In other words, don't expect me to write a fanfiction. Rather, I will read yours. That's one thing nursing school has trained me to do -- read. I enjoy reading the same parings from different authors because I enjoy the many different writing styles and plots. I would have to say that I love reading the romance and humor fanfictions. I don't tend to read stories that are rated below T. Just a preference -- don't take it seriously. However, I have come across some very well written fanfictions rated below T. The world is full of possibilities!

Getting to know me a little more:

I live in the USA, but I have family in Europe ~ I live in a zoo. Seriously. Ferrets, dogs, rats, and a hamster. ~ I just finished reading Jane Eyre. Very well-written novel for its time. I recommend it. ~ I love the hospital setting. Nothing like IV pumps going off and the smell of hand sanitizers to jump start your day. I mean this with full sincerity. I also love trauma and critical care. Keeps you on your toes. ~ I love the fall season. I love the mild weather, colorful leaves, and the atmosphere. Also, summer is far too hot and humid. You can only strip so much during the summer. Thus summer is my least favorite season. ~ I'm obsessed with running. I've been a cross-country/long-distance runner since I was a freshman in high school. I'm currently training for a marathon. I have to keep myself active. ~ I'm in my early 20's. However, I act older than I am.
