I didn't object to Tauriel as an OC in the Hobbit movies but I think her story line could have been handled better. In the book the Company was imprisoned for two weeks. This story expands the time from the movie to accommodate more interactions between characters, especially Tauriel&Kili. Characters, locations obviously do not belong to me.
