In this story, I attempt to resolve what it appears will go unresolved on the show (their relationship) while also wrapping up the plots of season 3 in my own way.

The NCIS team is called in by the FBI to help identify the eighth victim of a string of brutal assaults across the United States. The team searches for their victim through the streets of Los Angeles, not knowing that the victim is actually Deeks, who will do anything to keep his brutal assault a secret from the team.

Emma magically reverts herself to a toddler, with her adult memories, but is unable to communicate and no one knows who she is. Regina takes in the lost baby girl and bonds with her, eventually telling her personal things, having no idea she's actually talking to Miss Swan, who is hearing everything, and it changes how she sees Regina (in a good way). Swan Queen ending for sure.

He didn't remember much. He didn't remember her. The accident changed their lives and sent Emma into a tailspin, desperate for Killian to come back to her. But when he finally wakes up from his coma, the past six years are gone. He has no recollection of their love, but Emma refuses to give up on them. She's got her work cut out for her, but some memories are worth fighting for.

The team rush to Kensi's aid in Afghanistan and what they discover is something that sends Deeks's world tumbling down around him. After the mission is over Deeks is hurt and angry.
