Hello all! You can call me Cherry. I like podcasts, dogs, cold weather, and wine. My writing style can only be described as someone who's watched too many old Audrey Hepburn movies. The moon is reaching for me, indeed.

I originally joined ff.net in 2005 as CherryxDarling and wrote stories for Jimmy Neutron and Danny Phantom. I loved writing, but eventually fell off the wagon in 2011 while I was in high school. I had intentions to return to all my unfinished stories, but my account was hacked. I tried everything to get back into my account, but the email I had used was also hacked. I've always regretted abandoning everyone. I was only 11 years old when I started writing and now I'm 23 - I graduated from college recently and a large part of me still loves to write. I would love to finish my stories but of course I am going to revise everything and repost starting with the first chapters.

A note about my stories: I want to say that I appreciate everyone that reads, reviews, and adds my stories to their favorites/follows. Over the years I've learned a few important lessons about fanfiction writing. 1) it's an unappreciated medium and the writers are usually disappointed at some point or another - whether it be hate reviews, lack of reviews, or your story being forgotten. 2) heckling people for reviews is not fun for anyone, and it's something I would never do. 3) Abandoning a story on purpose is sort of petty, and I would never do that either. I'll be continuing Dangerous as planned and I plan to finish it, whether or not anyone is reading. At the end of the day, I love to write and that's all that matters to me.

Just remember that reviews make writers feel appreciated and motivated. I have no doubt that without the review feature, this website would not have survived as long as it has. :)

A tradition of mine is to name all my chapters after songs or lyrics - usually songs that inspired me in some way to continue writing said story ;) Here's the list for Dangerous, in order.
