Nov. 27, 2017:

I'm sorry I haven't posted lately, I've had a really complicated month(s):

1. My laptop decided to give up on me and it died. And I lost all my work, everything got deleted. EVERYTHING. Photos, videos, documents, projects, my soul, information, my sanity, EVERYTHING. Fun, right?
2. I had written many chapters and I lost all my work so I was really frustrated and refused to rewrite everything again. I will, though. I was in denial
3. Exam week. I had horrible outburst of a massive pimple.
4. I've been trying to finish my stupid Goodreads Reading Challenge (80 books) I've only read 54.
5. Presidential Elections. Now this one is a tough one to explain.

I was hired temporarily by the Supreme Electoral Court to translate to the English speaking International Observers that came to watch the whole election process. And this basically what they do and I'll just copy and paste it from an article: "election observation missions do not interfere in the organisation of the election itself. Instead, they collect and analyse factual information concerning the election process and provide an independent public assessment."

And that took a week.

And now what's currently happening

Since the Supreme Electoral Court still hasn't announced the results (and they said we'll know until Friday, Dec 1st) there's been chaos and riots all over the country. BEEEECAUSE our current President is running again for the presidency and that is illegal in our country, the constitution doesn't allow it. Now, he changed that laW and he did that in a very illegal way. Also taken from an article: "What put him there (running for the presidency) was a ruling by the Supreme Court, which lifted the Constitution’s ironclad ban on presidential re-elections in a circuitous ruling two years ago. The five judges (loyal followers of the president) who made the decision all owed their positions to Mr. Hernández, and their predecessors had been hurriedly dismissed or moved."

If he wins again, he'll probably be President forever. So many frauds have been committed by his government and hondurans are sick and tired of him. And the only reason why he has follower, it's because he's been buying votes from the poorest rural areas in the country. He's been paying them 42$ for their vote and that's not a lot but this people are very poor and they get by 1$ a day.

The reason why the Supreme Electoral Court still hasn't annouced the winner is because the current president lost and I dont know what they are doing to change that.

Sorry for the long (unnecessary) explanation but I'm passionate about my country and I just wanted y'all to know.

Once again, I'm sorry. Hopefully, I'll be posting this week, since next week is Finals. Yay. After Finals comes Christmas BREAK!!! I'm SO EXCITED!

I AM BACK!!!!

I went through a lot at the end of 2017 and at the beginning of 2018.

All is good and well now. I'm happy. I feel whole and healthy and everything nice.

I got married this year and am now living in the States.

And it was time for me to come back to this story, which I really enjoy writing so I hope we can all get back on track and bully Lucien together.
