The Subspace Emissary:

An expanded novelization of the story mode from Super Smash Brothers Brawl. After evil has triumphed over good, the peoples of Nintendo live under a rule of lies, tyranny, and corruption. A young ranch hand from Hyrule starts a revolution, and heroes from the world over band together to take down the might of the Subspace Empire.

A third person narrative with many references to Nintendo lore and stunning exposition on the many different locals and properties of the Nintendo universe.
