Author has written 1 story for Ghost and Mrs. Muir.

I am Angelique, I grew up in Europe, my father was in the Service as was generations of my family . One of my ancestors was John Paul Jones mentioned by Capt in tv series of Ghost and Mrs Muir because he was the father of the American Navy, and since the Captain was of the NAvy it stands to reason the mention of such a real life figure of the time.

Of course since I am a freelance artist and hobby writer I have been a long time fan of the movie and the TV series of Ghost and Mrs Muir. I am new to forums and such things so I need to learn my way on this site. I was seeking more to ghost and mrs muir to learn more and to try to find out more about Edward Mulhare. I have written few continuations of aired episodes and working on a realism contiuation of Capt Daniel Gregg and Mrs Muir. I enjoy very much reading as many others as I am able to find. I look forward to exchanges in this new forum . Researching 19th century ships and language of the skills and Sea at present to add to my stories , so they seem real enough to capture not only the romantic laymen reader but also the skilled seamen as well. Hope I do not disappoint once I start to post some of my work later on .First I wish to explore amd admire others ideas and comments for present.

My grandmother was Irish as well green eyes as are mine and she had the red hair and great personality never meant a stranger, but quick to temper at times. My father side came from Ireland long ago and they married some Cherokee and Black foot Indians generations back. SO I am a mixture of English/Irish/American Indian.

I love the ocean , the Romantic notion there could be such a Naval Captain with all the charm and elegance of a Victorian Gentleman but the strengh of a mighty protector . Love the combination of the man wanting to look after the woman he loves, and also provide that gentle softness when occassions called for it.

I am also strong willed and independent, I was a female member of 101st Airbourne Military after Vietam war ;in which my father fought three tours of battles in. I could handle my weapons very well, even though Female there was ability men underestimated and yet I kept my grace as a lady and effecient as a sioldier as well. Seems lifetime ago now for I am way past my youth. More time now to finish the interest I started when I was younger, with no time to devote to such things. Wonderful long term husband and grown sons who also served our country bravely in Iraq war. A precious granddaughter and grandson now.

I use the name Angelique for that was my name while attending a school in Paris France, as a child. It is not the English version given to me by my parents ,but the same in the French Language .

Even though I enjoy my Norman Rockwell surroundings, My heart belongs to travel and adventure much like my childhood. I love charming worldy people who know allot about many things in the world; diversitiy keeps me intrigued. I become bored all too easy. I favor the old world charming men who treat a lady with respect and adoration. I loave the exposure of sex in public and the vulgaritity in which it is paraded and used under the title of entertainment in our Modern moraless society of 20th Century. I think it is terribly romantic to entice with the forbidden suggestions and impresions of what might take place in romantic situations of long term committment between two consenting adults. A good writer will loose me as a reader when sex is so grafted in detail ;which takes over the focus, and looses in the end . Just my point of view. Perhaps I am just old fashion enough to think less is better.
