I have recently become interested in the field of creative writing and, more specifically, the field of game writing. To aid in my education in this field, I must expand the amount of material I read, write, and critique. I freely admit to having little experience in actually sharing my work and I hope to receive well-thought criticism that will help me on my quest to become a writer.

To me, writing is a form of art, much like music or painting, where words express what the writer's soul wishes to convey to their readers. It nourishes the spirit and opens minds to the endless possibilities our imaginations can conceive. What is more sought after than words that can move us in ways we once thought impossible? The greatest gift, I feel, is to be able to create bright experiences, ever-expanding worlds, and even dreams by offering a vital piece of your soul for all who read your work.

I am a dreamer. Someone who constantly finds themselves living in their imagination whenever they let their guard down. I live "there", in the place where my soul thrives on music, words, and colors, rather than "here", where reality calls upon me to at least act as if I were normal. But sometimes, if I'm lucky...I manage to bring something over with me. Something from "there" that I can wonder and marvel at even as "here" demands my attention. I hope to one day be able to share these pieces of my soul through writing.
