"Dr, before you preformed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?"

"NO"

"Did you check for blood pressure?"

"No"

"Did you check for breathing?"

"No."

"So than it is possible the man could've been alive when the autopsy was performed?"

"No."

"How do you know?"

"His brain was in a jar on my desk."

"But couldn't the man have been alive, nonetheless?"

"Yes, it is possible that he could've been practicing law somewhere."
