My friends say that I root for the underdog--I guess that's true, because I always seem to favor the guys in the background or the people that don't get as much love.

Examples, you ask?:

Twilight--In my stories, I have Leah for my central character. Why exactly would anyone want Bella? Kristen Stewart is pretty sure, but Bella is a bumbling fool with no real personality.

So, in my stories, I like to accentuate and grow on what I already think of the characters--Sam is a controling, jealous asshole, desperate to get Leah back. She of course, is over him and moving on to someone else.

Emily is a bitch, pretending to be sweet and selfless.

Jacob is a sweet guy who always helps out, even when he has his own life to deal with.

Bella is always absent, because I hate her.

Leah is usually the main character, always misunderstood, and always strong.

Seth is the huggable little brother that everyone loves...and Leah's rock. \

The Darkest Powers trilogy--Chloe is okay. She's stubborn and sweet and forgiving. But of course, I think it was bull that Tori didn't get a happily ever after.

Derek is a tempermental, unsocial guy who cares deeply.

Simon is a laid-back sweetheart.

And Tori is a good person who has been handed a lot of shitty deals.

Shiver--okay, don't hate me. But I liked these books even better than the Twilight Saga. Grace and Sam's love seems so much deeper than Edward and Bella's. Although, I have to wonder why all these guys are so emo and artsy.

Still, while I love Sam and Grace, I'm just as interested in Cole and Isabella's romance. And if poor Olivia will ever find love.

Harry Potter--Love this series.

I love Harry, but I guess I'm more of a Ron/Hermione fan. Also, I was glad Severus and Draco turned out to be good guys.

I cried when Severus and Dumbledore died, but it was sort of needed. It would be unbelievable for no one to die in that war. Still, I love that Harry got with Ginny and I wonder why Draco never quite found love...I'm planning a story to remedy this soon
