![]() Author has written 8 stories for Doctor Who, Twilight, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Harry Potter, and Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel. Hello :) I am 'TheDreamerofStories' One might come to know me as 'that weirdo who is weird'. Ok, maybe not. You could call me Hazel Smith or Dreamer or DoS? DoStri? Tryna amalgamate my username into a suitable nickname. I've never been the most usual with names. Things to know about me: I am an avid reader and enjoy writing, and wish to pursue it as a job, using my (moderate ish) skills in art to augment my writing. If not I might decide to be a librarian or an artist, or illustrator or comic book artist or whatever I so choose which fits me. I like fantasy stories, filled with dragons and talking wolves, with wars between mythical creatures. That is usually the focus of my own story worlds I create, fantasy, magic, the like. (I currently have 8 world ideas, with the oldest being created when I was 11 and growing a lot from there.) I am not sane of mind. Best not to question my sanity, for it is clear that it is not truly present in this realm. I am incredibly lazy and the Lord, or to be more accurate Lady, of procrastination. It is common for me to do so but I'll try my best to be more active on the sight. I often wonder if there are parallel universes or AU's or alternate dimensions. I wonder if us coming up with a story is just us seeing into another world and creating a gateway or window to view it through. (no matter how unlikely that seems) I also wonder if all the stories and movies and comics and tv shows are real in other worlds or if a certain decision of ours creates an AU. Too many things to wonder about. I really do not like it when people are hypocrites -.- it really pisses me off. Although I cannot say I have never been one. General Info: Gender - Female, 17 now (huzzah, I can use magic outside of whatever school of magic my country might have.) Favorite Colour - Blue. I like too many other colours though (orange, green, brown, black, purple) I despise bright pink and detest yellow. (ick) (ok maybe not that harsh, just not a fan of them) Fandoms: I find that I join many fandoms, far and wide. But just as easily as I join them, devouring all information of the canon then delving into the fanfiction, I will then get bored of them and lose contact. This one finds it hard to stay in a fandom longer than a month before interest fades and wanes with the moon. If the fandom is particularly favourable it might end up being revisited, but it is rare for me to have a constant interest. I find that Harry Potter is the fandom I revisit the most for its fanfictions, even if I have not read or seen the books or movies in a while, due to the plentiful amount available. I may be posting some of my stories on here, but most of them are probably ridiculous and random, created in the spur of the moment, with a chance that they will not be continued because I don't know where I'm going with it, and because I'm lazy. Planned Stories: Jinx/Raven - Teentitans story - Title: Chagara Shay - Summary: A prophecy, hidden powers, an unusual curse, 365 days till the world ends and only that time to find true love with a whole universe to search. The time is ticking and the world is doomed from the beginning. Jinx/Raven - Teen Titans - Fleur/Hermione - Harry Potter story Hermione/Luna - Harry Potter story. Hermione/Luna and Harry/Draco - Harry Potter Hogwarts heirs story - Can't think of a bloody name -.- Claymore Story, possibly. Portal Oneshot, merely for my own amusement Portal Alternate Universe. Because why not. Medieval/Fantasy. I'd love to do a Metroid story debunking Other Mistake. I've come up with a number of (if a bit farfetched) theories to do so :3 Ships/Pairings/Whatever I ship: I ship femslash, and that is the only type of pairing I regularly seek out to read. I find that only on occasion do I search for slash, and even less heterosexual pairings (I find that Harry Potter is the only person I might read about in a heterosexual pairing as the main focus) When it comes to writing I focus on femslash in my stories, as some might have noted was planned. However other pairings I accept from canon or create in the background, but not as the focus, for I hold little interest in it. Other random stuff to do with nothing: I'm not truly sure what this is for? My mind is not sane, so that might explain. But many questions arise, and my insanity can not be disguised. (nor can my rhymes...) As people might have noticed, I tend to procrastinate. I'm not the most focused, in fact I'm not very up to date (not with my fics at least, they seem to have gone just a tad too east.) Or am I meant to use 'gone south', ah well, I'm not the most eloquent mouthed. In fact, if one were to see me in real life, they'd find it hard to believe I could create such strife, due to the fact that I have not updated, but alas this seems fated. For one such as me, as lazy as can be, is not the most reliant attendee to any story. (Boredom strikes far too easily, you see, so please bear with me as I try to find a drive to keep these stories alive. Alas, it is hard when you are no bard and cannot create stories upon a whim (I envy thee Gabrielle, for in comparance my stories seem dim). |
