Hello! My name is Michael Farish, I work as an hr-specialist. I am 29 years old. Born and live the last 29 years in Nigeria, Jabi. Currently working on the organization

The path to becoming an HR was hard and thorny. I worked as a loader and builder - someone just did not work! But after graduation, they took me to the junior-HR position. Today I will tell you what work is a HR specialist in our country.

Nowadays, anyone has the opportunity to open their own business, their enterprise. Despite the strict rules of the market, but a competent approach to doing business, as well as a strong manager, are able to raise their enterprise and make it competitive. In the course of development of their business, any entrepreneur has to gradually expand their production, monitor the quality of services performed, raise the level of products and goods. Accordingly, for this you have to hire more and more workers.

Any organization consists of the following elements: a goal (an organization exists for some purpose, otherwise it would simply occupy offices), a structure (type of communication between departments and personnel), technologies (with which a product is created), resources (necessary for production) , management, personnel (human resources producing goods). All these elements are closely interrelated and the loss of any of them leads to the risk of the company's collapse. Any company consists primarily of people and, as can be seen from the listed elements, the production of goods, the achievement of a specific goal, the use of resources and technologies directly depends on the staff. Accordingly, the success of the company depends on the well-coordinated work of employees, competent communication between them, between departments, as well as special psychological characteristics and specific psychological climate and atmosphere in the company itself. This climate is set and supported by the workers themselves (not without the participation, of course, of the leader of the organization and its chosen management style).

So, from all the above it becomes clear that the future and competitiveness of the company itself depends on the people working in the company. These people must work together harmoniously, they must feel each other, they must share the ideals of the company, etc. The question naturally arises - where to find such people? This question is addressed by such a person, who is now called the popular abbreviation HR (human resources).

Further information on the subject - in my next blog posts. Thanks for attention!:)
