![]() Author has written 4 stories for Final Fantasy X-2, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Kingdom Hearts. Hello everyone! As my username suggests, I am Nami. Basically, the definition of Nami is a girl who loves having fun, chilling with friends, and being a hopeless romantic. If you don't like that, oh well. I like who I am. My only pet peeve (besides atrocious grammar and spelling, but with those I won't even read the story usually) is the new fad that seems to have come around. About hair colors. There is no such word as ravenette. Or silverette. Or any variation you can think of. The correct usage of the -ette is in brunette. Just brunette. It is a French word. They do not have any other versions. I would know. I'm not sure why this drives me nuts, other than the fact that it's not a word and I see it in so many stories. (Especially when it's used with a guy. No offense, but that's just weird for me, since the -ette ending is feminine.) No one on here is Shakespeare. We already have plenty of words in the English language, there don't need to be anymore. (I wouldn't say anything, but this actually drives me up the wall. When I see it in a good story, I just kind of want to cry.) As for my writing, I love to write. It's like life for me. I write stories, and poems, and songs, and pretty much whatever comes to mind. I joined fanfiction because every once in a while, I'll have this urge to write how characters are feeling, or how I think a scene should have gone. It's really great for writer's block. So, yeah. That's pretty much all you need to know about me. :) Bye for now! |
