I'm a long-time X-Files fanfic reader, there were some great stories back in the day from some really talented authors that I still go back and re-read every now and then. I can't believe there is this teeming little underworld of stories and writers who do it all for the pure love of it. it all makes me really happy to have been born in the age of the internet and great tv and great movies. Imagine writing Shakespearean fanfic on parchment with a quill and a bottle of ink?

I used to write fanfiction before I even knew it existed and had a name (Friday the 13th THE SERIES), I thought I was just a tad crazy, back when I was a teenager (the 90's, ha ha!! Yeah I'm old). I looove writing and am trying to get back into the habit of doing it every day, it's been much easier with Fringe (and Walter & Peter & Olivia) as a muse and more importantly it's got me back into writing original stuff, too. I'm not really into any other fanfiction, don't know why, I guess it's easier to keep track of one story-line and one set of characters. Oh and it could be the brain surgery.

Anyways, i hope you like my stories, they tend to be a little dark, a little twisted, probably too many drug references, and have lots of 'angst, angst, angst' (said in the voice of the Harry Potter puppet as he bashes his head against a wall).

11-6-10 Been on a break for a few months, my brain gave out and it's been resting up for awhile. I just wrote a small story as a trial run to see where I'm at and whoa there is a spot in my brain where the gears are grinding and slipping. Ugg.

8/20/10-- Everything's put on hold, life, stories, job, everything... this sucks, I will need brain surgery this week, thats right brain surgery. I had a terrible terrible headache & went to the ER, been in the hospital for over a week. Hope I get better soon and can finish my stories an read some more!! Actually I really just hope I am here and coherent enough to watch and enjoy the season 3 premiere!!! Fingers crossed...+
