After they are forced from the farm, Carol forges complicated relationships with two men and must ultimately decide where her heart lies. An AU where Shane did not die at the farm, but continued on with the group. Shane/Carol/Daryl Rating M for language and sexual situations.

Thoughts and fears of what she might find at the end of the trail terrified her, but she pressed onward. She couldn't give up now. After a head injury lands Daryl unconscious, he begins to hallucinate about what things might have been like if the zombie apocalypse had never happened and he'd gotten to meet Carol. Story alternates between reality at the prison and Daryl's hallucinations.

Post 3.10 ("Home"), Carol and Carl have a discussion as a follow-up/fallout from 3.09 ("The Suicide King"). The departure/return of the Dixons prompts some complicated reflections.

Carol owed her life to a lifeless Axel.

Daryl's scars have an effect on Carol when he comes back from Woodbury, exhausted, and with someone else. Someone that doesn't play well with others. Daryl/Carol/Merle.

"The time for pleasurable things is over". This story begins mid-S3 as Carol muses over her past and her present, wondering that such a world could still bring unexpected moments of pleasure and joy. This is a story of the hopeful qualities of human nature, and how hope can live side by side with sadness. Primarily Caryl, but general/drama fanfic as well.

Daryl and Carol... friendship, maybe more... This will probably be a little short and fluffy and I don't really know where I'm going with it so I plan to just have some fun.
