Author has written 1 story for Doctor Who. Hello, and welcome to my profile. My name is Hayley, I am a 20 year old student working towards a BA in History. I absolutely love history, so most of my Doctor Who stories will be/are centered around learning history, with some adventure of course. My main areas of study include Britain during WWII and American relations during the Cold War. I play rugby with my school team which is very fun but can lead to a few injuries. I also love to bake and cook (my boyfriend is well fed) and one day I hope to open an extremely successful bakery where I can sell cookies and decorate cakes all day long. I foster dogs in my spare time, right now I have an adorable German Shepherd/Rottweiler pup named Rex who I never want to give up ever. He is my cuddly buddy and helps me keep warm while I write stories in bed. I am an avid reader, and really enjoy books from all genres. I grew up with Harry Potter, so that series is the nearest and dearest to my heart, but I also love classic works by Austen and Dickens and even a few by Shakespeare. I despise most of what the Bronte sisters wrote, however, and I strongly believe that Jane Eyre was by far the worst books with one of the worst morals I have ever had the misfortune to read. I have recently delved into Game of Thrones, and I quickly consumed the entire series in one summer. Along the same vein, The Lord of the Rings was the first series I ever completed (I absolutely adore fantasy). I also watch much too much television and I think I have about six or seven shows on the go right now, including Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, Bunheads and Big Bang Theory to name a few. I am also a huge Firefly, Sherlock, Gilmore Girls and True Blood fan (one of these things is not like the other one...). Also Idiot Abroad is hilarious and if you have never seen it, get out there and watch it. My Fanfiction: I have a few 'rules' regarding what my fanfiction will and will not contain, so here is an easy and convenient list: 1) All my fanfiction will be canon. |
