Evangeline Macross Hartman: A first year "IS" student in class 2-A at I.S. academy. Currently the "IS" Cadet Representative of the USA. Evangeline is the daughter of 2 of the most renowned research and development scientist of the Eastern United States, Eva's Father; Jeremy Hunter Hartman, was head of networking integration technology research regarding "IS" development for the original 2nd generation "IS" units, her father was murdered when she was 12 years old after not complying with an underground black market organization regarding information on his research. Eva's Mother; Erica Lamont Hartman is the current CEO and head of development for the Cyber Integration System Corporation (CIS co.)

Evangeline has her own personal "IS", She pilots the Zefron Ominous Elite aka Z.O.E for short, a 3rd Generation "IS" developed by her mother's CIS corporation. Eva refers to her "IS" as Zoe for its acronym title. The Z.O.E is equipped with 4 retractable remote guided grappling claws called "Slash Harkens", a Hadron Sub Partical Cannon for long range combat, a fine focused automatic Beam Rifle for mid-range combat, and 2 Machine Vibration MV short swords for close combat. but the most unique weapon is the Z.O.E's special ability weapon known as Radiant Atom Distribution System "RADS"; a weapon built into the right palm Claw like hand of the Z.O.E that when activated can cover a 100 meter area that disperses Electrical Atom Particals which block and short out any radio communications and disables all forms of electrical or computerized machines for the duration of the weapons use, this means any "IS" that is caught within the RADS weapon range is immediately disabled and will not be able to move or function. The weapon has one flaw, it can not be used while the Z.O.E "IS" unit is in motion because it must convert energy from most of the suits other armaments not including the shield system to power the attack.
