Why is Molly Hooper really the uncounted one?

Picks up after the Christmas party in ASiB, Molly is attacked leaving her spending the night with John and Sherlock at 221B. Weeks later the events of The Fall take place, Molly and Sherlock grow closer as he struggles with faking his death. NOW COMPLETE.

Sherlock notices everything about everybody. But John wonders why Molly is the only one Sherlock informs on a near constant basis.

"So now you're behaving like a six year old 'cause he didn't take you along on his honeymoon?" Lestrade said. "Grow the hell up."
