![]() Author has written 1 story for Star Fox. So, for those of you that follow my work, you know that I’ve repeatedly made the promise to re-write my previous the first entries in my running "O'Donnell Saga" series—Rise of Star Wolf and Sins of Star Wolf. People have been messaging me anxiously for months on the status of these two, and I’ve reiterated that my plan was to reach the halfway point of my current story, Resurrection, and then put that on hold to work on those other two. But due to a recent incident, I’ve decided to change that plan entirely. My readers aren’t likely to know this, but I’ve been penning down ideas for those two stories off-and-on for years, by way of notes on my phone. I’ve been doing this for several years, and the single document in which I’ve compiled the working draft for Rise of Star Wolf alone is enormous. A short few months back, I made the unassuming decision to update my phone—and to my unnerving horror, the update corrupted my phone, wiped it clean, and deleted every single story idea I’d been compiling for almost four years. The good news is that I’d accidentally backed everything up to a cloud service a few days prior, but the experience rattled me significantly—causing me to panic about the possibility of something happening before I ever finally write both Rise and Sins down. Due to this incident, I’ve decided to re-evaluate my initial plan. As of now, Resurrection of Star Wolf will be put on hold, and all of my commitment and priority will be re-directed to getting Rise and Sins published. The first chapters of the former have already been outlined, and will be released in the coming months. This will be beneficial not only to those looking forward to the first two stories, but will also allow me to alter Resurrection to adhere to chronological consistency. I will continue to work occasionally on Resurrection, but I will not post any new chapters until the preceding two entries are finished. My concentration, as of now, is on those first two stories. I’m very excited to get these new stories underway, and hope you enjoy my take on Wolf’s origins in the way I’ve always intended to write it. |
