![]() Author has written 3 stories for Avatar: Last Airbender, Mass Effect, and Assassin's Creed. Why hello there. I'm 19, will be a freshman in college next year. I've been called a jock by the artists, and ignored as an artist by the jocks. But I got into college, so I must be doing something well enough. I often write very physical pieces. I am infatuated with the human body and mind, with what it's capable of. In my free time I play rugby, run marathons, and coach baseball and soccer. I'm Buddhist and a health freak as well. I believe that all animals are equal, that humans are special because of our developed prefrontal cortexes and boring because of our abolition of natural selection and survival of the fittest (intellectually or physically), and that it is our job to leave nature be when possible, and change our habits to better maintain our environment. As is the Buddhist philosophy I don't worry about the future or the past more than absolutely necessary. I often think very dark, very in the moment; I can't drink heavily anymore because its depressive effect on me. Politically I'm fiscally moderate, socially tolerant. Anyways, what I'm saying is I'm weird (aren't we all). Put all these things together and you get a writer who loves the fantasy genre and assassins, hates pointless or unrealistic romances, and wishes terrible books like the Hunger Games could be supplanted by better stories produced on these websites. Honestly, Suzanne Collins, Hunger Games is not a good book. Ooh, you wrote a survival thriller with a writing style aimed at pre-schoolers? How edgy. Thanks for checking out my profile, and please read any of my pieces that interest you. Write reviews if you find yourself opinionated at all, whether positive or negative. Also, send me your piece if you want me to read it, or think I might like it. |
