Lexa knows complicated, but she also knows a decent deal when she sees one. So when she meets Clarke Griffin again for her sister-in-law's bachelorette party, she's hardly one to turn down an easy night of carefree enjoyment, nor the next night either. Except of course, it's never that easy.

(Written before the finale) With no betrayal, the attack on Mount Weather was a costly success. The toll for Clarke herself was still too much, and another kind of betrayal leaves her running into the forest. She was done being a leader. Done bearing that burden. But there are some things you just can't run from, and Clarke will find herself being forced to make that choice again.

Set after the end of 2x15 (slight spoiler) Mostly Lexas thoughts and a little bit of behind the Commanders mask... Only T due to descriptions. (Will be M after chapter 3)

Clarke had no idea it was coming. Walking from one war straight into another. After leaving her camp upset and stressed, she finds a grounders camp and is being held hostage until a decision is made. Now a warrior for the grounder village, the commander trains her to be the best. But after a terrible tragedy Lexa falls apart, and Clarke is there to pick up the pieces.
