Hey! I'm Kathrine! I am a Warriors writer and reviewer!

Please see my Blog!!!

If you are here from one of my stories:
Thanks so much for reading! I appreciate it! Any constructive criticism is welcome!

If you are here from one of my reviews:
If I offended you; don't take it too seriously. I am trying to help you improve your writing. People enjoy reading
grammatically correct, spelling-error free, well-rounded and flowing work.

If I told you that your characters are not well-rounded...

well-round·ed (wĕlˈrounˈdĭd) adjective -
1.Comprehensively developed and well-balanced in a range or variety of aspects
2.Having a fully developed or shapely figure.

In order to have a well-rounded character; they must seem real! They need to have personality, good description, small details(nervous habits, bad habits, exc), exc.

Bad Example:
John- Blond hair, blue eyes. 18 years old. Tall and muscular.
(See? We only get a vague understanding of how he looks, and nothing on his personality.)

Good Example:
John- Super sweet, blond football quarterback. He has stunningly beautiful blue eyes that makes your knees go
weak. He's the typical senior football player: Tall, muscular, and hot. John is very nice and protective; he will
protect anyone he calls his friends. He taps his fingers when he is nervous, and has a crooked smile.
(See? Isn't this better? It gives you alot of insight on John.)

If I told you that your story lacks good description...

Description is simple to do; just paint the picture you see in your head onto the paper.
It needs to have movement, feeling, and, most importantly, it needs good sight.

Bad Example:
Beechleaf walked across the clearing to Firestar's den.
(Bland.)

Good Example:
Beechleaf walked across the hot, sandy floor of the Thunderclan camp. The humid air whipped around her, leaving
her fur tangled. Beechleaf put one paw after the other and made her way to Firestar's den.
(Better!)

That's just a few things you can do to improve your stories!!!
