I'm not much of a fanfiction writer myself, but I do love to read them. I would love to be a beta reader or story editor to help out the community here. If I do leave a review, I would mostly point out some grammar mistakes, continuity errors, and other minor things that just bug the unholy hell out of me. Of course I will never be rude, but I will give criticism when I feel like someone needs it. If I am harsh, I apologize.

I don't like filling out these profile things but, here goes nothing.

I am quite new to the site here and hope to feel welcome here. I'm not too particular in what I read as long as It's in my little bubble of like. I will warn you now, I am a slash fan and find that kind of thing entertaining to read.

I have a background in English education and can type legibly and without having to resort to chat/text speak. My favourite punctuation mark is the full stop, but I guess you can see that from how I end my sentences randomly sometimes. (laughs nervously)

I intend to establish myself as a beta editor for grammar and spelling here. Not to sound passive-aggressive or overconfident in my own abilities, but I think quite a few people here need a bit of help with their spelling. Perhaps I could be the right guy for the job. PM or Email me if you're interested in me looking over your stories.

I prefer Google Docs to write and edit on, so I can chat with the other person as I check over their writing, share links with them and also help them improve as both a writer and as a member of the English-language speakers/readers. What I cannot change, I seek to improve.

My current fandom is Percy Jackson and the Olympians, I have liked the stories for a while and just recently went searching to see what other fans were writing about the series. I have seen some lovely written fanfics here, and then some who weren't so well. I ended up on the slashy side of the fandom for reasons unknown. (other than I like me some men action of course)

ohkay, on another key, You can call me Eggy or Eggs for now. I am unfortunately a twenty-year-old fan. (Too old, oh to be sixteen again...) I had another FFN account a while back since 2004 and used to write all the time here. I lost my password and my writing confidence, but I'm here to attempt a return.

I'm sure I'm boring you with my nonsensical rambling, when I write about myself, I tend to just be absolutely all over the place. When talking to people I also tend to do the same thing, we could be talking of fanfics or a particular fandom and I'd end up starting another topic on something completely left-field of what we started on. I apologize to any future friends I meet here for that issue.
