Author has written 1 story for Sherlock.

Hi. So I'm really not a fanfiction person-- I prefer to write my own stories. I feel that characters only really exist in the minds of their authors, and that other writers rarely can capture them properly. However, a friend recently started talking to me about fanfiction, and I was curious-- especially with concepts like crossovers and alternate endings, and with stories where I feel the author wasn't true to the character they had created, or the story had an ending purposefully left open for interpretation. So, while I haven't written anything yet, and I don't think I plan to, I am reading other writers' stories-- and who knows what will happen?

Favorite book: At this exact moment, it's The Scorpio Races, by Maggie Steifvater. Now that is a story not to be messed with. XD And I like Maggie Stiefvater because, though of course she is a more talented writer, she writes a lot like I do-- we seem to have the same strengths and weaknesses. (Though she can obviously finish a story, and I often have trouble with that XD)

Favorite movie: Hmm. I'll give you my current fave-- Contagion. OMG so good. Lol.

Favorite TV show: House!! I'm not too happy with Season 8, but I'm keeping my hopes up.

Quid pro quo
This is the beginning of a story I don't intend to write. It occurred to me that in Sherlock, the best female characters Adler, Molly Hooper, and whenever Miss Morstan shows up end up falling for the guys. And I wanted to make one who didn't bother with such trivial items as romance, who was in it for the thrill of the chase and nothing else. So, here she is, more than she seems
